  • Change of Mind:
    Refunds are not provided for cancellations due to personal preference or a change of mind after purchase.
  • Monthly Subscriptions:
    Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Please use the trial period to determine if our service meets your expectations.

    Refunds are processed within 20 to 31 business days. In rare cases, processing may take up to 90 days, depending on the payment processor’s policies.

If a major service outage prevents access to your IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours, we’ll issue a full refund and extend your subscription for the outage duration, plus a bonus for the inconvenience.
