We collect the minimum needed to run a subscription: your email, what you ordered, how you paid, and the support messages you send us. We do not sell it, we do not run advertising trackers, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
The operator of BuyIPTV.ca is responsible for personal information collected through buyiptv.ca. Our privacy officer can be reached at support@buyiptv.ca (subject line “Privacy”). We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25.

We do not collect card numbers; payments are processed by our payment providers and by PayPal under their own privacy policies. We do not collect government identifiers, dates of birth or precise location.
The player app you choose runs on your device and is made by a third party; we do not receive a log of what you watch. Our servers record connection events (which login connected, when, from which IP, to which stream server) for capacity planning and to enforce simultaneous-stream limits. These logs are retained for 90 days and are not used to build viewing profiles or shared with anyone.
The website sets only functional cookies (for example, to remember a form you started). We use privacy-respecting server-side analytics that do not identify individuals and do not set tracking cookies. We do not use advertising pixels or remarketing.
Service providers who act on our instructions: our web host, email delivery provider, payment processors, and the upstream stream providers, who receive only the technical credentials needed to serve your login, not your identity. We share information with authorities only where required by a law that applies to us or a valid court order, and we tell you when we are permitted to. We never sell or rent personal information.
Website and order data are stored on servers operated by our hosting provider; write to us if you need the current location for a privacy request. Email and payment providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. Where information leaves Canada, it is protected by contract and by the provider’s own safeguards; it may nevertheless be accessible to authorities in that country under their laws.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (subject to the tax-record retention above), and withdraw consent for optional uses. Quebec residents may also request de-indexing and portability as provided by Law 25. Write to support@buyiptv.ca with “Privacy” in the subject; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.
Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for support and billing, protected by two-factor authentication. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). In the event of a breach that creates a real risk of significant harm, we notify affected subscribers and the Privacy Commissioner as required.
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
We update this policy when our practices change and note the date at the top. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers.
