BuyIPTV.ca does not host, upload, store or originate video content. The Service provides credentials for player applications that receive streams supplied by third-party providers. We respect the rights of copyright owners and act on valid notices, including under the notice-and-notice provisions of the Copyright Act (Canada) and, for rights holders who use it, the format of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Copyright notices should be sent to our copyright team at BuyIPTV.ca, by email copyright@buyiptv.ca. Notices sent to other addresses may be delayed.
We acknowledge receipt within two business days. For a valid notice we forward it to the relevant upstream provider, and where the material is identifiable and within our control we block or remove access to it from the Service. We keep a record of the notice as the Copyright Act requires. We may also suspend logins used to redistribute content in breach of our Terms of service.
If you believe material was blocked in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent containing: identification of the material and where it appeared, your name, address and telephone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was blocked by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. We forward counter-notices to the original claimant.
We terminate the access of subscribers who are the subject of repeated valid notices. Notices that are knowingly false may expose the sender to liability; automated or bulk notices that do not meet the requirements above are not processed.
