Twenty thousand channels are useless as one long list, so the IPTV channel list is grouped twice: first by country, then by category inside each country. “Canada” opens into News, Sports, Entertainment, Kids, French and Local; “India” opens into Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil and so on. If one feed of a busy channel struggles during a big game, switch to another with the same name; that is deliberate redundancy, not duplication. Favourites work across all of them, and the search box in every app accepts partial names, so “sportsnet on” finds Sportsnet Ontario in every quality.
Catch-up is marked in the guide with a small clock icon on channels that support it, which covers most Canadian, US and UK networks and the major sports channels. Where a broadcaster publishes an electronic programme guide in its own language, that guide is what you see. The CRTC keeps a public directory of the Canadian services it licenses, which is a useful cross-reference if you want to confirm what a network’s regional feeds are called.
The order also differs between apps, which confuses people switching from one to another on the same login. TiviMate lists groups in the order your playlist sends them, then lets you drag any group up or down permanently. IPTV Smarters Pro sorts alphabetically inside each group unless you build a custom order yourself. IBO Player on Samsung and LG groups by country only, with no manual reordering at all. None of these is wrong; they’re just different sorting rules layered over the same IPTV channel list, and switching apps changes how you find a channel, never whether it’s there.
The on-demand library, part of the same IPTV channel list, is organised the way a streaming app is: new releases, by genre, by year, kids, documentaries, and full series with seasons and episodes. New films arrive within days of digital release; current series are updated after each episode airs. Carriage is regional. Leafs games run on Sportsnet Ontario and TSN 4; Senators on TSN 5 (RDS in French); Canadiens on TSN 2 and RDS, with some on Sportsnet East; Jets on TSN 3; Flames and Oilers on Sportsnet West; Canucks on Sportsnet Pacific. Saturday’s marquee game is split between CBC and Sportsnet.
Sunday afternoon runs through the regional CBS and FOX East/West feeds, plus NFL Network and NFL RedZone for the whip-around. Thursday and Monday night games sit on their own national feed. Which specific game lands on which feed is set by the league, not by this IPTV channel list.
Raptors games appear on Sportsnet or TSN depending on the night, the same split as Canadian cable; NBA TV covers out-of-market games beyond that.
Blue Jays games run on Sportsnet, their Canadian broadcast home; MLB Network adds out-of-market and league coverage. A Jays road game carried only on the visiting team’s US regional feed isn’t part of any Canadian rights package, ours included.
TSN carries the CFL wire to wire, regular season through the Grey Cup, the league’s long-standing Canadian broadcast partner.
Premier League and Champions League matches sit across the Sky Sports, TNT Sports and beIN feeds already on the list; MLS runs through its own broadcast feeds where carried, and Liga MX sits in the Spanish-language sports channels.
Race weekends run on the Sky Sports F1 feed carried on the IPTV channel list, practice and qualifying included.
Numbered UFC events and major boxing cards are included for Pro subscribers (see pricing); Standard doesn’t carry PPV, and a handful of boxing cards each year are sold exclusively through one platform outside any IPTV channel list.
Seasonal example: the Brier, the Scotties and the World Junior Championship run on TSN and CBC during their windows, same as on cable.
Sport is the part of the IPTV channel list most likely to shift week to week, since leagues move games between feeds far more often than a network changes its lineup. When a game is subject to a blackout or a rights restriction, that limit comes from the league or broadcaster, not from what we choose to carry.

Every language above sits in its own folder in the app, so a household that speaks Punjabi at home and English elsewhere keeps both visible without scrolling past groups nobody watches. The IPTV channel list adds and drops individual channels inside these groups as source feeds change, but the groups themselves stay stable.
Streaming-platform originals aren’t on the IPTV channel list, and no honest IPTV service can put them there. Netflix, Disney+ and Crave’s own original series are exclusive to those apps; an IPTV subscription replaces cable and satellite, not streaming apps, and the two commonly run side by side on the same TV.
PPV outside the Pro plan isn’t included; Standard subscribers can upgrade rather than being billed per card. A small number of boxing or combat-sports cards each year are sold exclusively through one platform under an exclusive deal, and no IPTV channel list, ours included, carries those.
A channel can go dark for hours, occasionally days, when the upstream feed it depends on drops — that happens industry-wide and is outside any provider’s control. When it happens here, our team re-sources the feed or swaps in an alternate copy of the same channel, and support can tell you the status if you ask.
Blackout rules set by a league or broadcaster, not by us, occasionally restrict one game rather than a whole channel; the channel stays on the IPTV channel list even when a single broadcast within it is affected. If a channel disappears entirely, tell support the name and we’ll say whether it’s a feed issue or a rights change, and add a replacement where one exists.
