These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of BuyIPTV.ca (“BuyIPTV.ca”, “we”, “us”), operating the website buyiptv.ca and the subscription service described on it (the “Service”). They apply to free trials and paid plans alike. By requesting a trial or placing an order you accept them.
The Service provides access credentials that allow compatible player applications to receive live television and on-demand video streams over the internet. BuyIPTV.ca does not host, upload, store or originate video content. Streams are supplied by third-party providers and aggregated for delivery. Channel availability, quality and line-ups depend on those providers and can change without notice. Player applications are developed and licensed by third parties; any fee they charge is between you and them.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract in your province or territory. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all use under them. A login may be used on any number of devices but only on the number of simultaneous streams included in your plan (two on Standard, five on Pro). Sharing or reselling a login outside your household, other than through the reseller program, is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension without refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply where you live, including the Copyright Act (Canada) and any provincial legislation. You must not use the Service to redistribute, record for public performance, or commercially exploit any stream. You must not attempt to circumvent stream limits, probe or attack our infrastructure, or use automated tools against the Service.
A trial provides 24 hours of Standard-plan access from first login, for one household, with no payment and no automatic conversion to a paid plan. We may decline or end a trial where we detect abuse, repeated requests from the same household, or use inconsistent with these terms.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A plan starts when payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the period purchased. No plan renews automatically. Accepted payment methods are those listed on the pricing page at the time of the order. Card and PayPal payments are processed by third-party processors; we do not store card numbers.
Every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee as set out in the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Because plans do not renew, there is no cancellation procedure: a plan simply ends when its period ends.
We target 99.9% monthly availability and publish incidents on the status page. Availability targets and support hours are commitments made in good faith, not guarantees of uninterrupted service; internet delivery depends on networks we do not control, including your ISP. Where a confirmed outage on our side exceeds 24 continuous hours, we extend your plan by the outage duration on request.
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without refund depending on the cause, for breach of these terms, non-payment, chargeback without prior contact, or where required by law or by a valid legal notice. You may stop using the Service at any time; the refund policy governs whether any amount is returned.
Channel, network and programme names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify content that may be available. We respond to notices under our DMCA and copyright notice policy and may remove or block access to content or feeds in response to a valid notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that any particular channel, event or title will be available at any particular time or quality. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) and the Consumer Protection Act (Québec) where they apply.
How we collect and use personal information is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Material changes are announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; if you do not accept, you may request a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of a plan.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your province of residence. Disputes are to be brought in the courts of that province.
